Every Sunday of the year (except during Lent and Advent), beautiful flower arrangements are arranged and placed on the Altar by the Flower Guild. Did you know these arrangements are supported entirely by your special dedications?
To make a dedication, print a copy of the form and return the completed form with payment (make check payable to Church of the Mediator with the notation “altar flowers” on the memo line) to the church office or place in the offering plate. Forms and your donation must be received two weeks in advance of the Sunday requested. If making a general donation to the Guild, please check the “Other” box.
