The Celebration of the Harvest and the Harvesters event on Sunday, Oct 9, was a wonderful success. If you were not there, Bishop Prince Singh was a magnet for photos!
We are now on the hunt for used can openers that can be included with the canned goods that will be distributed to the agricultural workers next spring – the first wave will be those harvesting asparagus.
Search your kitchen drawers and thrift shops for can openers and place them in the box located in the bell tower.
