We are getting ready to present Thanksgiving baskets for families identified by Neighbor by Neighbor, a local social service agency. The Thanksgiving meals are packed by our friends at Bridgman Harding’s Market, and include a turkey, dressing, cranberries, two side dishes, dessert, milk, and are ready to be cooked for the holiday. The baskets are delivered by church members a day or two before Thanksgiving.

Since there are so many more families in need this year. If you would like to contribute toward the baskets or be a sponsor for a basket, please call Linda Anderson (see the current parish directory for contact information) or you may sign up under the Praying Hands in the Narthax.

This year a large family basket is $75.00 and a small family basket is $55.00, however, any amount is helpful and appreciated.

If you would like to contribute financially, please make a check to Episcopal Church of the Mediator and add Thanksgiving basket in the memo. Checks can be placed in the offering plate on Sundays, mailed to Episcopal Church of the Mediator, P. O. Box 223, Harbert, MI 49115, dropped off at the church during business hours (9a-12p, Mon-Thur), or you may donate online by clicking here: https://mediatorharbert.com/giving-donations. Contributions must be receiving by Thursday, Nov 17.

We thank you in advance for your support as we continue our tradition of giving to families in need.
